Green cocktail

The consistency of the soup should be easy to drink.

Quit eating and drinking

Quit drinking and eating very slowly. If you insist on eating for a month, you must get used to eating habits for at least 60 days. First, replace the liquid food in the morning with a plate of mucus porridge: oatmeal, oatmeal, buckwheat flakes. Do not drink porridge within 2 hours.
